Assessing with 360º Feedback
Our 360° feedback program enables us to work with clients to assess employees, teams and managers for the sole intent of increasing performance. Our consultants provide employees with information on what to expect from a 360° feedback and how to determine different areas for improvement.

Change Management Project

Conducting Effective Interviews
This workshop is designed specifically for employees who interview potential hires in addition to their primary job responsibilities. Participants learn the art of effective interviewing based on the EEO and Realistic Job Preview (RJP) while also imparting “organizational realities” and other employment considerations to potential hires.

In order to evaluate the effectiveness of an organization’s Human Resources program, we analyze organizational culture and climate. Our analysis and evaluation help determine the focus of current and future developments for each client.

Cultural Differences in the Hiring Process
Managers and others involved in the hiring process are exposed to various cultural differences that consciously and subconsciously affect the selection process and hiring decisions. This workshop emphasizes participants’ role-playing and mock interviewing to address how to successfully manage culturally sensitive issues.

Reviewing and Rewriting HR Policy Handbooks
We assist management in the development of HR organizational policies and procedures by reviewing and analyzing current policy manuals. Clients receive a finished product that is concise, comprehensive and thorough based on their current or newly adopted policies and procedures.

Train-the-Trainer
Train-the-trainer initiatives provide clients measurable cost savings by utilizing employees rather than outside vendors, thus providing a higher degree of topic expertise on the organization's culture and a greater degree of flexibility in the implementation of their training initiative.
