Our Customer

An organization that chooses to reeducate itself and its employees creates a 'Learning Organization'. An environment whereby employees thrive in a world of increasing interdependency and change. A culture that guides and encourages employees to seek out new information and opportunities by learning to think and perform outside the traditional paradigm. An organization that supports and values continuous learning so its employees are always inquiring into the systematic consequences of their actions, rather than focusing on temporary results. In essence, in a 'Learning Organization' what someone can learn takes precedence over what someone knows creating an organization that moves closer to becoming a 'Preferred Employer'.

Our Objective

To create profitable business solutions through Consulting, Training, and Development for 'Learning Organizations' planning for the Workplace 2020. To meet our objective, we utilize practical theories, principles and concepts, and experiential methods for a transfer of learning in the workplace of our clients.

Our Uniqueness

We provide customized, creative solutions to recurring employee issues through performance consulting, instructional design, and tailored training workshops to assist employees in becoming multi-skilled, adaptive, career focused, and motivated to perform and produce greater results.

Our Approach

As Performance Consultants, we train the adult learner through reeducation. We understand that no one comes to a workshop as a blank slate, but rather individuals possess perceptions, ideas and beliefs that may or may not be accurate or beneficial to the organization. We motivate participants to develop true self-awareness to facilitate moving beyond their own existing paradigm. We promote experiential learning and have found that increased productivity manifests itself in employees when they are able to effectively utilize new skills and abilities in the workplace. An organization that promotes growth and development understands that there are shared benefits for employing skillfully trained individuals who are accountable to the success of a group. Appropriate training profoundly increases commitment and competence, enhances confidence through empowerment, forms accurate expectations, and stimulates creativity and innovativeness.

Creativity and Motivation are combined with Interactive Instruction to make the transfer of learning process a reality in the workplace:

Impact consulting and training offers more than just receiving information, it is designed to assist clients in confidently making changes for the better.
